Overcoming fear and learning to counter against common attacks gives you an opportunity to fight back and protect yourself when an unexpected situation arises. Our new FREE self defense classes will prepare you for such situations and teach you how to protect yourself. The classes build confidence and skill for both men and women. Women are highly encouraged to participate as they tend to fall into the victim category the most often.

Wanna party like a ROCKSTAR and support breast cancer at the same time? Then Think Pink. Pink Party that is. Fit will host one of the biggest fundraising parties in San Diego on Saturday, November 15th. Come experience fashion, music, art, entertainment and exhibits as our vibrant community comes together for a cause worth supporting: HEALTHY BREASTS!
Aerial artists, acrobats, models (yes, some of our very own Fit members are modeling) and bands are just some of the evening’s extravagant entertainment planned for your enjoyment.
Fabulous food and appetizers will be provided by The Oceanaire and RA Sushi. And who can’t resist specially priced libations?
