Combining our KINESIS wall training workout with athletic drills, K-FIT group training classes are unique and can only be found at Fit. The KINESIS training system at Fit is one of only three in the US. Kinesis replicates the movements and exercises that most naturally fit the needs of the human body and mind and is designed to engage participants on three different planes of movement at the same time. Participants are amazed how they are able to maintain the resistance during all the sequenced movements while increasing strength, flexibility, coordination and posture.
