As an international teacher and private trainer, I’ve worked in global communities such as Bali, Hong Kong, Thailand, and now in San Diego. My style of coaching focuses on mind-to-muscle connection, posture, balance, and strength training.
During the pandemic, I really saw a need for using movement as a form of mental and emotional upkeep. My coaching has expanded and transformed so much since then, but its fundamental purpose is to uplift others by moving with awareness.
