With over 20 years of experience in fitness and wellness, I have been lucky enough to work with clients of all kinds. I love helping people find their strengths, and work on their weaknesses. A holistic approach is key, looking at all of the different variables that make us all human. I believe in a balance of all things fitness for longevity: strength training, flexibility, nutrition, mindfulness, stress reduction, and rest days!
