Fit Athletic 200hr Yoga Teacher Training program is rooted in traditional Vinyasa style of yoga. Our 200HR YTT program is for anyone who has a desire to deepen their yoga practice and yogic knowledge, whether you are a current practicing yoga student looking to establish a strong yoga foundation or have a deep calling to share the teachings of yoga turning your love for yoga into a career. Our 200hr YTT program provides a foundation and understanding of yoga as a lifestyle through physical, mental, social and spiritual development so you can embody the “Art of Living Yoga” off the mat and in the world one breath at a time. Students will build upon their personal yoga practice and leave the program equipped with the proper knowledge in functional body alignment, anatomy, yoga history and yoga philosophy; equipped to lead a safe, fun, empowering yoga class.

Fit Athletic 200hr Yoga Teacher Training meets all the requirements to become a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance.

MEET YOUR YTT LEAD JENNIFER BUTLER

Jennifer Butler is a licensed Certified Yoga Therapist, Lead Yoga Teacher at Fit Athletic and Certified Health Coach specializing in Holistic Whole Health using Yogic Tools; postures, breathing exercises, meditation, and guided imagery to improve mental and physical health. The holistic focus of yoga and yoga therapy encourages the integration of mind, body, and spirit; thus, aiding in the chronic pain relief, increased ROM (range of motion), increased flexibility, increased cardiovascular health, increased muscular strength and overall well-being. Jennifer also specializes in customized Nutrition Education, Lifestyle Balance, Whole Health Programs and Self-Care Strategy to help clients increase over-all health, to prevent injury/illness and to reduce stress, anxiety and/or depression. Jennifer has been practicing yoga for 15+ year and is devoted to the teachings of yoga with over a decade of experience. Jennifer is the Yoga Lead & YTT Lead here at Fit Athletic, devoted to developing continuing education programs for yoga instructors and providing mentorship to both fellow yoga instructors and members/clients. Jennifer’s ultimate goal is to help students and clients live a healthy, happy, balanced life that they enjoy and love through “The Art of Living Yoga”.
